The model retrained on 474 more completed flights
Every tracked flight that departs becomes training data once we can see both the standby queue before it left and the result after. This retrain folded in 474 more of them. Accuracy figures on the track record page move with it — that page always shows the current numbers, not the best ones we ever had.

Route pages: upgrade odds for hundreds of specific routes
There is now a page per route — SFO to LAX, ORD to LHR, and a few hundred more — showing which carriers fly it nonstop and what upgrade odds tend to look like there. Useful before you have a date in mind, and it's how most people will find us without us paying for the click.

Connections now follow the airline you hold status with
Searching a route your carrier doesn't fly nonstop used to dead-end. Now we build connecting itineraries on your own airline — up to six, best odds first — because a connection on the airline where you have status beats a nonstop where you have none.

One tracked trip on the free tier, and alerts that actually fire
Free accounts get one tracked trip with real email alerts: when the odds move, when upgrade space opens, and the day before with where you stand. Alert emails now quote the same number the app shows you — they could previously disagree by a point or two, which is exactly the kind of small dishonesty this product exists to avoid.

United captures fixed: the right airport, and enough time to answer
Two bugs were quietly costing us live United data. We were picking the metro area from the airport autocomplete instead of the airport, and giving United's results page 18 seconds to respond when it needed up to 90. Both fixed — more United rows now show live inventory instead of a modeled estimate.

An empty search no longer costs you a free search
If you searched a route your airline doesn't serve, you got an empty page and it still counted against your free searches. It doesn't any more: the search is only counted when there are actually flights to show you.
-
Your first search needs no account at all
You can now run a real search — every flight on the route, scored, with your status picked from a dropdown — before creating anything. Make an account afterwards and you get three more, plus a tracked trip. No card at any point.
-
The track record page, rebuilt around the numbers
How It Works now leads with the graded report card: ranking score, Brier score, how many flights are behind the model, and what each of the four verdict bands actually promises. It also names where we're weakest, airline by airline, including what we can't see on United.

Alaska’s published upgrade list, and United’s PZ/PN buckets
Alaska publishes its upgrade list before departure, so near-departure Alaska flights now show the real list rather than an estimate of it. United rows show the PZ and PN fare buckets by name, which is the number that decides whether burning PlusPoints is worth it.
See what it says about your next flight.
Your first search needs no account and shows every flight on the route, scored.
